National Account Manager – DCS Group

At DCS Group, we partner with some of the world’s most recognised FMCG brands and work closely with major UK retailers. We are now looking for a National Account Manager to join our Sales team and help drive commercial growth across a key customer portfolio.


The Role


As a National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of your customer strategy, delivering sales and margin targets while strengthening relationships across Buying, Category, Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing functions. You will build and manage accurate volume and value forecasts, lead joint business planning, drive core range distribution and use category and shopper insight to support growth. The role also involves managing customer investment, modelling long-term plans, analysing ROI and using EPOS data to identify opportunities.
