Lead the LCL Hard Discount business (No Frills and Maxi) by developing customer strategy, building Joint Business Plans, and delivering sales, profit, and net revenue targets. Drive strong execution of pricing, distribution, shelf fundamentals, and forecast management. Leverage category and shopper insights to build compelling sell stories and guide decision-making. Collaborate acroass Finance, Insights, Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Supply Chain to create integrated solutions. Act as the voice of the customer internally to support profitable growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
