Job Description

WD-40 Company is seeking a dynamic National Accounts Manager to lead our Canadian national accounts and third-party broker/agency teams. This role is responsible for implementing sales and marketing programs, developing account-specific business plans, and driving sales growth across direct and broker-managed accounts.

This role offers the flexibility of working fully remote or a hybrid.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate goals to achieve Net Invoice Sales (NIS), Net Sales, and EBITDA targets.
  • Lead third-party broker/agency teams to maximize consumer purchases and field support for national and regional accounts.
  • Build multiple touchpoints within assigned accounts and third-party managed customers to achieve sales objectives.
