National Assessing Capability Manager

• Manage the allocation of work and day-to-day activities for Motor Vehicle Assessing Capability team members

This role is accountable for leading the Motor Vehicle National Assessing Capability team, driving the design, development and execution of the National Assessing capability strategy and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness and currency of the Motor Vehicle National Assessing training framework to deliver outstanding technical performance in Motor Claims. This position is also responsible for actively managing the pipeline of training and learning activity including scoping, prioritisation, planning, sequencing, oversight and governance to enable successful delivery.
