**About The Role**

The National Sales Manager, Automation manages, directs, and coordinates sales team made up of Automation Sales Engineers who promote and support WEG Automation products, solutions and service sales by calling on customers within their defined territory. Trains and motivates sales team to ensure that the sales goal of profitable revenue growth is met or exceeded. Lead team to provide input for products and enhancements to existing products based on customer needs. Lead team with segmented sales strategy to include distribution, system integration, service partners, contractors, OEM-s and internal sales channels in both geographical and vertical segments.
