National Business Partner Manager - Service

We are seeking an experienced National Business Partner Manager – Service to lead, develop, and optimise Ricoh’s national authorised service partner network.

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary interface between Ricoh and our service partners across Australia, ensuring alignment to our service standards, operational processes, and customer experience expectations. You will drive performance, strengthen relationships, and uplift service delivery outcomes nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with authorised service partners
• Lead partner onboarding, training, performance management, and escalation processes
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction measures
