National Channel Leader – Aftermarket & Distribution

Tecumseh is seeking a National Sales Manager – Distribution & Aftermarket to lead and grow the distribution and aftermarket business across North America. This role focuses on revenue growth, channel expansion, and stakeholder engagement in refrigeration and HVACR.

The successful candidate will have 7–10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in HVACR, and must possess strong strategic selling and negotiation capabilities. Travel requirement is approximately 40–60% within North America.
