Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Public Affairs, the National Director of Internal Communications leads communications that engage and inform team members, residents, patients and families across all Extendicare divisions, including long term care, ParaMed and head office. This strategic leader shapes and evolves internal communications across the organization, balancing front-line realities with business priorities to deliver clear, meaningful and impactful communications that bring our purpose, mission, vision and values to life. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, skilled communicator who can lead a high-performing team, build strong relationships across the business and deliver practical, people-focused communications that support care, connection and change.
