Reports to: National Head RF will report directly to the CTO
Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:
• Management:
o Need to develop and maintain good relationships with the relevant manufacturers and
suppliers, and to ensure that the needed products and related stock levels are available to
the group.
o Manage and lead all training and skills transfer initiatives, in collaboration with the Academy
of Hero's.
o Ensure that the Herotel values are upheld in all aspects.
• Strategy:
o Has to have a clear picture of Herotel's strategic intent is when it comes to RF.
o Has to constantly be abreast of new information, innovation, ideas and technological
developments when it comes to fulfilling this strategy.
o Needs to be a stakeholder in the development and shaping of Herotel's RF strategy.
