Main Responsibility
Drives sustainable, profitable growth for Beiersdorf brands across national customers through strategic account planning, commercial leadership, and strong in‑store execution. Owns assigned accounts, delivering top-line growth, disciplined trade spend, and partnerships aligned with Beiersdorf’s values and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with national key accounts to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead sales execution across assortment, distribution, pricing, and in‑store activation.
- Act as the primary strategic partner for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and representation of Beiersdorf’s values.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Own full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, including net sales, gross-to-net, ...
