We are looking for two experienced Ag-Insurance specialists to manage and grow our largest farm portfolios across Australia. This role is about direct sales and relationship management with high-value agricultural clients.

The Role

• Direct Sales: Manage and win large-scale farm accounts and agribusiness portfolios.

• Portfolio Growth: Identify and secure new business from major players in the ag sector.

• Client Strategy: Provide tailored insurance solutions for complex broadacre, livestock, and specialized operations.

• Autonomy: Manage your own national book of business with no micromanagement.

What You Need

• Experience: 4-5 years in General Insurance (Farm and Commercial experience is essential).
