National Operations Manager M/F

The primary objective of the National Operations Manager position is to serve as a direct representative responsible for making and implementing sound decisions across all areas of business planning, directing, and coordination. The role also involves ensuring the achievement of new business objectives and sales targets through personal performance and by driving the sales team.

The National Operations Manager reports directly to the General Manager . Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing sales, operations, financial management, governance, and ensuring strategic objectives and profitability are met across all departments.
