National Pallet Manager

Take ownership of a critical national function and drive cost and performance across a National Network.



We're looking for a National Pallet Manager to take full ownership of pallet performance across our supply chain.



This role is accountable for driving outcomes — mitigating pallet loss, improving reconciliation accuracy, & delivering on cost-centric KPIs across multiple sites, 3PL partners, transport providers, and customers.



Reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Logistics, you'll operate as the national lead for pallet performance—working closely with site leaders and logistics teams to bring structure, visibility, and accountability across the network.
