National Portfolio Manager Retail

• Great opportunity for a Centre Manager / Senior Property Manager who is looking at stepping up as a portfolio manager.
• Portfolio of 16 properties located interstate in VIC, QLD, NSW & WA with 6 direct reports.
• Mixed portfolio of assets with commercial & retail space.

Who we’re looking for?

• Extensive experience in retail property management, asset management, or account leadership with mixed use portfolio.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Commerce, or related fields are highly desirable.
• Must hold Class 3 Assistant Agent or willing to obtain this immediately.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage large budgets, monitor outgoings, and achieve measurable business results.
• Comfortable with regular domestic travel to oversee a geographically dispersed portfolio.
