National Property Specialist, HYBRID, Full Time (Vancouver, BC)

Salary range: $80,300.00 - $111,500.00 hourly

We have an existing opportunity to add a National Property Specialist to our Vancouver team! This position will offer “best in class” Pario services and products to new and existing customers.

As National Property Specialist, you will perform the necessary work to provide building specifications for residential/commercial/agricultural Replacement Cost Value (RCV) and Actual Cash Value (ACV) Appraisals, Bid Tendering Documents, Catastrophe Appraisals, Cost Audits, Dispute Resolutions, Building Valuation Appraisals and Appraisals Under the Insurance Act. You have a strong understanding of the mitigation, restoration and new construction processes and are proficient in the use of Xactimate, Word & Excel.
