Reports to: Recruiting Project Manager/Director
Position Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying and contacting top talent for a variety of roles within the organization. This includes sourcing, scheduling interviews, and building relationships with potential candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and will use various recruiting tools and techniques to find the best candidates.
