We are seeking a strategic and results-driven National Sales Head to lead nationwide sales operations and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role will shape sales strategy, build high-performing teams, and strengthen market presence across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets
Set clear KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive accountability and results
Lead, coach, and manage regional sales teams to ensure consistent execution
Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners nationwide
Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
