Job Description

A client of ours within the Retail/FMCG sector has a vacant role to be filled of a National Sales Manager.

Location: 
Johannesburg 

Requirements: 


  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in FMCG sales, with strong retail exposure

  • Proven track record managing national key accounts 

  • Demonstrated success in driving execution and sales growth

  • Strong acumen and negotiation skills

  • Experience in leading and managing teams of a large scale



Responsibilities: 


  • Key Account Management

  • Retail Execution and Operation 

  • Sales Performance Management

  • Team Leadership 

  • Cross-functional collaboration 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies with company objectives
