Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and feedback
2. Key Account & Channel Management
- Oversee strategic accounts, distributors, and trade partners
- Ensure alignment of sales activities with marketing and trade promotions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
3. Planning & Reporting
- Prepare national sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making
