National Sales Manager

Under the supervision of the President, formulates and implements Sales strategies and policies, delivering business results through the effective management of all sales personnel, including regional managers and sales teams nationwide, as well as effective collaboration with other department heads.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the implementation of sales forecasts, plans, and strategies, as well as the development of specific performance measurement criteria to ensure the attainment of defined departmental and functional objectives.
2. Participate in the development of new territories by driving sales activity forward in the region; understand the tire and retail market to support the Regional Sales Manager in identifying key retail players and local area sales potential.
