Minimum 58+ years senior sales leadership in fast‑paced, tech‑enabled or digital environments.
Strong strategic mindset + ability to interpret sales analytics and market trends.
High EQ, strong communication, and proven success motivating teams at scale.

Qualification:
Business/Sales/Marketing/Management degree (advantageous). Valid drivers licence.
