The Opportunity
Reporting to the GM Visy Automation, this role sits at the centre of our national service offering - leading technical delivery, service capability and spare parts growth across Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll take full ownership of our Service function, leading a geographically dispersed team while driving safety, operational performance and strong commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong focus on customer engagement, technical excellence and building a high-performing service culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a national team of service technicians across multiple locations
• Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure full HSE compliance
