Role Summary
Lead national after-sales service operations for medical equipment, including patient monitors, ultrasound, and IVD systems. Own service quality, service teams, partner network, and service revenue. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in medical device manufacturing companies, not distributors.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop service engineers nationwide; ensure efficiency, technical capability, and ongoing training.
