What you will do

As the National Service Manager for Volvo Buses, you will be responsible for technical support to our Dealers and Bus Field personnel, as well as controlling the Bus quality costs. 

• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
• Lead a team of Regional Bus Field personnel in a professional manner. 
• Ensure quality costs are kept within budget whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
