National Small Business Consultant

Join the Client Relations team in Canada Retirement at a key moment. This role plays a central part in **client relationship management** , with strong interaction with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal partners across the country.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Manage a portfolio of clients in group retirement savings under $2M.
+ Ensure the quality and continuity of relationships with sponsors and advisors.
+ Support plan implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
+ Promote and support the adoption of digital tools and processes.
+ Manage plan amendments and terminations, as needed.
+ Contribute to initiatives and projects related to the Savings for the Future offering.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
