Nature Education Officer

Responsibilities:
To conduct nature learning programmes and activities including outreach programmes, workshops, camps, events and tasks related to the Education Team for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly programs/events.
To handle visiting groups including but not limited to students from kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, tertiary schools as well as the general public.
To handle phone/email/fax/letter/walk-in enquiries relating to education matters and reply within a timely manner.
To plan and propose new nature learning programmes and modules, while promoting the existing nature learning programmes to teachers and schools/institutions/others.
To follow-up with schools/institutions/other representatives to confirm details of programmes and/or visits.
To receive and handle payments tactfully from schools/institutions/other representatives for visits and/or programmes, and settle payments with finance at the end of the day.
