Direct or indirect access to hardware, software, technology or technical data controlled under the Canadian Export Control List, the ITAR or the EAR. Requires a positive Controlled Goods assessment and a Security Clearance at NATO Secret Level. Must be eligible to obtain authorization for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and obtain a Canadian NATO Secret clearance. Key Areas of Responsibility

Act as the main Point of Contact (POC) for FER, ensuring all deficiencies reported by ship staff are valid and assigned appropriate repair priorities. Coordinate FER priorities and manage workflow between FER and Thales‑related activities. Be available on a rotational, 24/7 on‑call basis (unless formally delegated) to respond to urgent requests from FER, MEPM(NC) and FMF. Resolve day‑to‑day issues arising from FER on all ships.
