Position: Naval Systems Specialist (or Analyst)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis including the specification of test objectives, metrics, required resources, and test procedures.
• Provide underwater warfare subject matter expertise with respect to RCN Underwater Warfare weapons, sensors, countermeasures, and combat management interfaces, including working knowledge of RCAF Maritime Air platforms, weapons, sensors and tactics.
• Coordinate efforts directed at data collection, event reconstruction, analysis, reporting, data management, and support to modelling and simulation.
• Thrive in a collaborative and demanding work environment ashore and at sea; multitask and work collaboratively and harmoniously in small teams, and be able to both lead and contribute to client‑adopted initiatives.
