Responsibilities :

·       Lead and support daily operations of Network Control Centre (NCC).

·       Monitor core, access, transmission, and IP networks using network management and monitoring tools.

·       Detect, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network alarms, faults, and performance issues.

·       Perform first-level fault isolation and resolution; escalate unresolved issues to second/third-line support team as required.

·       Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal technical departments during incidents and services outages.

·       Manage, track and document incidents, trouble tickets and service requests in ticketing systems.

·       Execute planned network activities such as maintenance, configuration changes, and service migrations under supervision

·       Ensure compliance with operational procedures, Service Level Agreement (SLAs), and change management policies.
