Day in the Life

The NCF discounting agent works as a contract processor, providing services to Nissan Canada Finance while reviewing lease and loan contracts to get them funded as soon as possible. The agent is trained in all aspects of the funding process and acts as a high-quality control/compliance expert handling the daily volume with a commitment to quality. The agent works locally with two senior leads and 9 teammates and maintains positive workplace relationships.
