■ MB Partner Contract Management
→Manage contractual documents between Mercedes-Benz Korea and MB Partners, including agreements related to new car sales, used car business, service centers, vans, and other relevant business areas. 
→Maintain an up-to-date contract database and ensure that contract versions, validity periods, amendments, and related documentation are properly tracked and archived. 
→Coordinate with Legal and relevant business units when contracts need to be newly prepared, amended, renewed, or updated in accordance with business requirements, HQ guidance, or regulatory changes. 
→Monitor contractual obligations and support the review of compliance or potential violation cases based on the agreed contractual framework.
