Healthcare Australia (HCA) is an international organisation & registered NDIS provider specialising in Core Supports providing In Home and Community Access support to NDIS participants.


We are currently looking for reliable and outgoing NDIS Disability Support Workers for our ongoing shifts in the Brisbane North Region incl. Narangba, Rothwell, Kippa-Ring, Redcliffe, Northgate, Strathpine, Nundah, Chermside and Zillmere to support, engage and motivate our customers to achieve their NDIS goals.


Please only apply if you are located in the above mentioned regions and are willing to travel up to 30 minutes. – Shifts can vary in length from 2 to 8 hours including overnight/ weekend shifts.


The Role – Disability Support Worker:

  • Looking for support workers to commit to regular and consistent shift schedules incl. day/ night, weekend and Public Holiday shifts.
