NDT Inspector Level 2

About the role

T7 AEROTECH SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled NDT Inspector Level 2 to join our team in Serendah, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing on aerospace components and ensuring their compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our products.

What you'll be doing

• Perform MPI and FPI inspection according to customer specifications or requirements.
• Analyze test results and prepare inspection report.
• Perform calibration, preparation and monitoring of NDT equipment before and during NDT process (Fluorescent Particle Inspection (FPI) & Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) methods).
• Physical preparation of metallic parts for NDT processes.
• Contain nonconforming product according to Control of Nonconforming Product Procedure and prevention of counterfeit item requirements.
