Job Description
The NDT Technician is responsible for analysing inspection data from non-destructive testing (NDT) processes carried out on wind turbine blades during manufacturing. The role focuses on evaluating inspection results, identifying defects or anomalies within composite structures, and ensuring that blades meet quality and safety standards before leaving the factory. Working closely with inspection teams, engineers, and quality control personnel, the technician reviews data from advanced NDT methods such as Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD), and other inspection technologies used in composite blade manufacturing.
