Description and Requirements

Purpose

Manage key consumer electronics retailers’ headquarters in Japan, driving sales, market share, and profitability for the PC and peripherals category. Build long-term strategic partnerships with retail HQs and develop and execute comprehensive account strategies including product introduction, promotions, pricing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management / HQ Negotiation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at major retail headquarters (buyers, MDs, marketing teams, etc.)
  • Lead annual and semi-annual commercial negotiations, including pricing, rebates, promotional support, and contract terms
  • Develop mid- to long-term business plans and Joint Business Plans to support category growth
