Need a few coats of paint for wooden staircase in home

Hi there, I’m looking for a skilled handyman to repaint a wooden staircase in my Irish home. The stairs currently have a light varnish and some scuffs, and I’d like a fresh, durable finish in a neutral color. Ideal candidate will have experience with wood preparation (sanding, filling small dents), priming, and applying multiple coats of high-quality interior paint. I’d prefer minimal dust during the work and protection for surrounding floors and banisters.
