Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for IT-related issues globally, via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and corporate systems.
Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues or escalate to specialized teams as necessary.
Ensure incidents and service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems, standard applications, and IT policies.
Support end-user account management (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, etc.).
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware setup and access provisioning.
Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery across different time zones.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and IT serv...
