Need help painting wooden window shutters

I have a set of wooden window shutters that need a fresh coat of paint. The current paint is peeling in some areas, and I want them to look neat and well-protected against the weather. Ideally, the paint should be weather-resistant and suitable for exterior wood. I would appreciate someone experienced who can prepare the surface properly and apply the paint evenly. There are about 8 shutters in total, and I’d like the work done within the next week if possible.
