Need help removing bulky waste and old furniture

Hi there, I’m looking for a small team or a couple of movers to help me clear out a few items from my flat. I have a sofa, a bed frame, old chairs, and some boxes that need to be taken to the curb or disposed of at a proper recycling facility. The items are in one living room and a bedroom, and there’s a narrow hallway. I’d prefer careful lifting to avoid damage to walls and floors, and I’ll provide gloves if needed. Ideally, you can bring a van or large SUV for the removal and have all necessary disposal receipts.
