Need help with miscellaneous moving tasks in flat

Hi there! I’m moving within London and need someone reliable to help with a few miscellaneous moving tasks. The job mostly involves carrying boxes, moving small furniture, and helping wrap fragile items for transport. I have a few staircases in a tenement building, so someone comfortable with stairs and careful handling is ideal. I’d also appreciate help disassembling and reassembling a couple of flat-pack items if needed. No heavy machinery required, but a dolly or lifting straps would be great. I’m hoping to start in the late morning and finish around lunch, depending on progress. Please let me know your availability and if you have any preferred moving equipment.
