Negotiator

The Negotiator is tasked to facilitate property acquisition, negotiation, and access as required by the project during pre and actual construction.

Job Overview:

1. Identifying property owners
2. Communicate to different government agencies for securing permits and licenses
3. Negotiate acquisition of property rights

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree/Graduate of any 4 year course
2. Must have an excellent communication skills
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
4. Trustworthy and a person of integrity
5. Amenable for a project-based employment
