Job Description
We are looking for an experienced NEMT Dispatcher & Customer Support Executive who can manage day-to-day dispatch operations, coordinate with drivers, and handle customer communication for U.S.-based NEMT providers.
This role requires hands-on experience in U.S. route management, zones, and Omaha routes, along with strong communication and decision-making skills.
