Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need Start Date: August 5 Openings: 1 Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search Practice Setting: Level III NICU 21-bed unit Average 10 PPD Schedule: 24-hour shifts 6:00a-6:00p on-site 6:00p-6:00a call off-site Orientation August 5 Immediate coverage needs: 08/06-08/19 Average 10-14 shifts per month Patient Population: Neonates EMR: Cerner Credentialing: 60 days Requirements: Active Michigan licensure Board certification AHA BLS and NRP certifications Minimum 1-year Neonatology experience or equivalent Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
