Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

TMC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative, high performing team in our Level III NICU in Tucson, Arizona. This role supports a busy delivery service and a NICU environment known for innovation, evidence based practice, and strong interdisciplinary teamwork.

You will work alongside a supportive team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers, sharing responsibilities for high risk deliveries and participating in advanced neonatal procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for an NNP who values autonomy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional neonatal care.

This position includes a $30,000 sign on bonus.
