Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Fellowship trained in Neonatology
• Current BLS, NRP certifications

• Proficiency with Cerner, Ecare, or PowerChart EMR systems
• Strong clinical skills in managing Level 3 NICU cases

Nice to Have Skills:
