Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers specifically in the Nepali language.
- Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions in a professional manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer details, inquiries, and resolution steps in the internal system.
- Follow Up: maintain timely communication with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with English-speaking internal teams to escalate complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Language: Native-level proficiency in Nepali (Spoken & Written) is a mandatory requirement.
- English Skills: Conversational English skills are required for internal training and team communication.
- Tech Setup: Must possess a working Laptop/PC and a stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for voice calls.
