 Need inpatient and outpatient coverage, can either see patients in clinic first, then the Renal Center, or vice versa 
 Split time between clinic and hospital 
 28-pod renal center with good staff and manager who is also a nurse 
 Work closely with the hospitalists 
 NY license is preferred
