.NET Application n Helpdesk Support

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for a .NET-based thick client application installed on customer laptops and desktops. The role involves troubleshooting application and system issues, coordinating with application support teams, and working closely with various IT stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop support, .NET framework familiarity, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 & 2 support for a .NET-based thick client application used by end-users.
