The Technical Team Lead (.NET) must have extensive experience in designing and implementing systems that enhance business productivity, support workflow automation, and enable scalable enterprise application development. This role requires the ability to effectively translate business requirements into secure, efficient, and maintainable software solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in process automation, including the development of internal business systems such as approval workflows, reporting dashboards, and transaction monitoring. A solid understanding of role-based access control, system configuration, and data integrity is essential to ensure alignment with IT governance and compliance standards.
