Technical Leads oversee a group of developers within a Delivery Team and help to manage day-to-day tasks to ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, and work priority. Technical Leads also have development responsibility.This includes the development and maintenance of custom applications as well as the customization of products from software vendors.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

·Excellent understanding of the applications under their portfolio, including function, business and key operational process and ensuring teams deliver value to the business with the appropriate stakeholders regardless of methodology (Waterfall, Agile, etc). Ensures the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is followed consistently & effectively through CI/CD, tooling, and collaboration with stakeholders.
